New SOR® Central Regional Manager

SOR welcomes Ron Hooker to its sales team as Central Regional Manager. He comes to the company with vast experience in the process instrumentation industry.

He is also intimately familiar with his new SOR territory having spent the past eight years in Houston, Texas as Regional Manager with United Electric Controls. Prior to that, Ron served as a sales representative with Rawson & Company, also in Houston .

Ron brings a proven ability to cultivate business opportunities as well as a detailed understanding of the industries SOR serves, the product applications and the competitive situation. Having walked in the shoes of a sales representative for several years, he offers the unique perspective of both sides of the sales table.

“Having worked as a competitor to SOR for many years, I know the company is a quality manufacturer of pressure products, says Hooker. “I look forward to taking SOR technology to a new customer base.”

When Ron is not burning up the highways and byways of his vast territory, he enjoys playing golf and running.

The SOR Central Region includes Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama and Florida.
