(Lenexa, Kansas, USA – May, 2021) Sameer Ahmed is the latest addition to the Customer Service group and takes on the role of Sales Support Engineer. Sameer’s main responsibility will be to provide the customers with the best experience by providing shorter quote turn-around times and quick responses to many of the daily questions that customers have about grab sampling.
“Sameer has already proven to be a valuable asset to the SENSOR Sampling team,” said Billy Terry, SENSOR Sampling Product Manager. “Within a few weeks he has analyzed our processes from quotation to delivery in an effort to make improvements as we continue to rapidly grow.”
Prior to joining SENSOR Sampling Systems, Sameer worked for Weatherford International, Inc. in Odessa, Tx as a NextGen Artificial Lift Systems Field Engineer. Sameer graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in mathematics. In addition to his education, he has experience in providing technical and sales support to internal and external customers. We are excited to have Sameer as a new member of our team and the SOR Controls Group family.
