Houston, TX – June, 2025 – SOR Controls Group is proud to announce that its SSi Temperature Sensor brand of thermowells and sample probes are now CRN (Canadian Registration Number) registered for use in Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut. CRN registration for Alberta, Ontario, and Quebec is coming soon.
CRN registration confirms compliance with stringent safety standards for pressure-retaining components used in Canada. With CRN registration, SSi Thermowells can now be specified and installed in pressure applications across much of Canada, including northern regions.
