SOR Controls Group Welcomes Ashley Deknes as Customer Service Manager

Lenexa, KS – [October 2025] – SOR is pleased to announce that Ashley Deknes has joined SOR as our new Customer Service Manager, effective October 13, 2025.

In this role, Ashley will oversee our customer service team in Lenexa, KS, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional support and positive experiences to all our customers. She has over 10 years of experience in customer relations, team leadership, and process improvement, and we are confident her leadership will help us enhance our service standards even further.

Prior to joining SOR, Ashley worked with GEMTECH, a manufacturing company specializing in plastic injection molding and mold making. Ashley started as an Office Assistant and was promoted throughout her tenure to Sales and Customer Relations Manager and most recently, Commercial Manager. She has worn many hats at the organization and has demonstrated proficiency in effectively working with and across organizations.
