(Houston, Texas, USA- November 2025) SENSOR Sampling Systems is now offering Back Pressure Relief Valves as part of our Conditioning Parts line of products, effective immediately.
The SENSOR Sampling Back Pressure Relief Valve (SEN-BPR) is used to regulate upstream pressure in Steam Water Analysis Systems (SWAS) for analytical measurement sensors, maintaining a constant inlet pressure before the analyzer, which helps stabilize the flow rate. When some analyzers are installed in parallel from the same sample source, the back pressure relief valve can provide a constant inlet pressure, which allows all analyzers to be able to be shut off at all times without interrupting the others. Large area diaphragm designed to keep a constant pressure.
The Back-Pressure Relief Valve maintains consistent system performance and protects equipment by automatically relieving excess pressure. Built for precision, reliability, and long-lasting operation. A dependable pressure control made simple.
- Designed for regulated pressure up to 22 psig (1.5 bar)
- Design temperature: 167ºF (75ºC)
- Connection 1/4″ FNPT
- 316 Stainless steel and VITON materials
