Lenexa, KS (January 2026) – SOR Controls Group proudly announces that Michelle Herl, SOR Controls Group Vice President of Marketing, has been elected Vice Chairwoman/Treasurer of the Measurement, Control & Automation Association (MCAA) for the 2026 term. Herl’s new leadership role marks the culmination of her three-year service on the MCAA Board of Directors, which concludes in December 2025.
The MCAA, a leading national trade association representing manufacturers and distributors of industrial measurement, control, and automation instrumentation, systems, and software, is governed by a 12-person Board of Directors. The Board includes four officers – Chairman, Vice Chairman, Immediate Past Chairwoman, and President – along with eight Directors-At-Large. Members elect new officials each year through an email ballot, with terms beginning in January.
