RMA Information:

SOR is known globally for the quality of our products. In the rare case of a product return request, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be issued by SOR prior to the product being returned. Please complete the form sections below. Required fields are marked in red. Once the form is submitted, a SOR Customer Service Representative will be sending you the RMA number within 1 business day. Please note that if the product is new and unused, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is not required. Use of tap water or clean compressed air that is used in a lab environment is considered unused. A MSDS is required in all other cases & process fluid media. Returned product must be decontaminated and free of all hazardous materials as defined by the Department of Transportation Regulation 49 CFR and OSHA Regulation 29 CRF. It is the responsibility of the person returning the product to ensure these regulations are met.
