SOR Mini-Hermet pressure switches are robust field-mounted instruments with an ATEX flame proof, UL and CSA explosion proof rating.
The pressure sensing assembly is similar to a conventional SOR type pressure switch, except the switching element assembly is hermetically sealed and the product is in an explosion proof stainless steel or aluminum housing. The diaphragm o-ring provides initial protection backed by a hermetically sealed snap switch for a second line of protection – dual seal standard ANSI/ISA -12.27.01-2003.
