SOR 1300 Series Oil Seal Thermocouples prevent premature bearing failure that can occur when a bearing isn’t properly lubricated. The o-ring prevents lubricants from contaminating components in the head and is designed not to swell even when in continuous contact with oils and synthetic lubricants.This design has proven successful in measuring various types of bearing temperatures.
- Quick response alerts the operator to an overheated condition
- The O-ring assures good temperature readings by allowing the spring to maintain positive pressure against the bearing housing
- Available with 316SS sheath and 3/16” outside diameter
- Cast aluminum head
