Information for Returning Product to SOR Inc.
1. Returned product must be decontaminated and free of all hazardous materials as defined by Department of Transportation Regulation 49 CFR and OSHA Regulation 29 CFR. Willful violation of these regulations could result in punishment by a substantial fine or imprisonment.

2. The customer/shipper MUST provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). Attach all needed MSDS sheets to the outside the box. If the customer is having difficulty locating the required MSDS sheet, they can get assistance at the following link:http://www.msds.com Registration fee required

3. Reminder: new and unused items will not need an MSDS sheet (new and unused defined as tap water or clean compressed air that is used in lab environment to check functionality of product received).

4. SOR takes great care in packaging and preparing all orders for shipment. Proper packaging is required to assure returned products are not damaged. We highly recommend utilizing the original packaging materials and container configuration designed to protect the product during transportation.
