Acquisition allows SOR® to expand its temperature measurement offering across the process industry
Lenexa, KS, September 3, 2014 – SOR Inc. announced it has acquired SETEX Products LLC, headquartered in Beaumont, Texas, enabling SOR to strengthen its portfolio of temperature measurement solutions for the oil & gas, refining, chemical and power generation markets. SETEX will be a division of SOR Inc.

SETEX is a manufacturer of high quality thermowells, protection tubes and sample probes and is ISO 9001-2008 certified. The company is comprised of a skilled workforce with many years of thermowell manufacturing experience. Thermowells are tubular fittings used to protect temperature sensors installed in industrial processes.
