SOR Inc. Customer Service Department Under New Leadership

Charles Lautner brings more than 20 years product experience to the Customer Service Manager position at SOR Inc.

Lenexa, Kansas – SOR Inc. has hired Charles Lautner as their new Customer Service Manager. Charles fills the vacancy created when Greg Barber moved to the role of New Product Specialist at SOR.

“Charles will lead our team of Inside Sales Representatives, Project Quotations Representatives, and Sales Support Representatives based at our headquarters in Lenexa, Kansas,” says Phil Schwarz, Vice President of Sales.

His domestic and international experience with product design, management, development and manufacture over the past 20 years will serve the SOR Customer Service department well as they continue to provide the service expected by SOR customers.

Charles has completed extensive course work in Mechanical Engineering at UMKC, and holds an Associate Degree for Product Design.
