Two New Hires Join SOR Customer Service Team
(Lenexa, Kansas, USA – June 15, 2017) SOR Continues to Enhance Its’ Support to Customers
Susan Ballew and Jacqueline Cawthorn are the latest additions to the Customer Service team.
Susan Ballew takes on the role as Contracts Manager. In this position, Susan assumes primary responsibility for customer contracts and commercial terms. She will also be leading the effort to grow and maintain SOR’s position on customer approved vendor lists.
Susan brings with her a breadth of knowledge including a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri, and a Paralegal Certificate from Rockhurst University. In addition to education, Susan brings vast experience in contract negotiations both foreign and domestic.
Jacqueline Cawthon assumes the position of Project Support Specialist. In this role, Jacqueline will be responsible for post-sale project documentation. She will also transition into customer support for returned materials.
Jacqueline brings several years of customer service experience with increasing responsibility. She is also experienced in managing both foreign and domestic customers.
