(Houston, Texas, USA- August 2023) SENSOR Sampling Systems is now offering Inline Valve Sampling Systems, effective immediately.
The SENSOR Inline Valve Sampling System (IVSS) fits directly into a piping system without the need to utilize (or create) a pressure differential to take a sample. With flow constantly being present, the operator can collect samples at a moment’s notice.
Highlights:
- Can be designed to fit into 1”, 2” or 3” vertical or horizontal piping
- Ability to be configured to utilize a thread-in lab media bottle or standard grab sample needles ensuring closed loop functionality
- Designed for smaller batch processes, usually chemical facilities, where
more specialty products are produced
“This IVSS system will allow us to expand our liquid sampling accessibility to customers in the chemical market,” said SENSOR Product Manager, Billy Terry. “The chemical industry has liquid and gases they are trying to collect, and the majority of the chemical industry is doing smaller batch-type processes instead of large continuous ones where fast loops are required.”
The IVSS offers two different configurations, wafer or inline flanged, to provide the ability to be installed in virtually any piping system.
“Having a system or design that lends itself to be mounted directly into the process line is ideal for a chemical facility, which is quite different than a refinery,” said Terry.
