SOR Controls Group Promotes New Plant Manager

(Houston, Texas, USA – November 2022) – SOR Controls Group is excited to announce the promotion of Josh Kimberlain to the position of Plant Manager for SENSOR Sampling Systems and SSi Temperature Sensors in Houston, Texas.

In this new position, Kimberlain will maintain Houston site operational leadership for production, quality and facilities

“Josh’s leadership has been instrumental in the outstanding performance of the Houston Temperature Business Unit in which both sales and margin are far exceeding this year’s plan,” said Bert Benton, SOR Controls Group Chief Operating Officer.

Prior to this promotion, Kimberlain served as the Operations Manager for SSi Temperature Sensors and has been in the Temperature Manufacturing field for over 16 years.

“I will never find the right words to appreciate all that SOR has done for me and my growing family, but this promotion is a big honor and achievement that I am grateful for,” said Kimberlain. “Thank you for trusting in me with the Houston Plant and I look forward to taking Houston to new Heights.”
